1,000 New Gardens is a network of household organic vegetable gardeners who are revitalizing Missoula Montana’s legacy as the Garden City by sharing resources, techniques, and information throughout the community. This year’s top 10 new gardeners are participating and, due to our community outreach efforts, a couple of new and master gardeners have joined our blogging efforts. In 2010 we hope that 40 new gardeners will join them in their quest for a better connection with food and place.
Part of our mission is to create an Agri-CULTURE by journaling experiences in our MT backyard vegetable plots — the place our community food security begins and where our good times don’t really ever end…
The views expressed necessarily reflect those of 1,000 New Gardens.
